For too long, we've built homes that look right in photographs and feel like nothing to live in.

Sealed boxes with windows in the wrong places. Still, recycled air. Surfaces chosen to photograph well, not to touch. Not a leaf or a shaft of afternoon light in sight. None of this is inevitable — it's just what happens when a home is treated as a product to sell, rather than a place to be lived and felt.

We started Neo Living around a different idea — biophilic design: the simple, well-evidenced truth that people feel calmer, healthier and happier when their surroundings keep them connected to nature. So we design homes that do exactly that.

What we mean by modern living

Modern living, to us, isn't cold glass and glossy finishes for their own sake — nor a rustic escape from the modern world. It's contemporary design, infused with nature: morning light you can set your day by. Green you can see from every room. Materials that feel alive under your hand. Air that moves, and the quiet sounds of a garden. A home you experience with your whole body — not just your eyes.
