Start with the site, not the structure
Before a single line is drawn, we read the land — its light, slope, water, wind and existing trees. The site tells us where to build, what to keep, and how a home should meet the nature already around it.
Our approach
Six principles that turn our vision into decisions on the ground. Every future Neo Living home will be shaped by them, in order.
The principles
We read these top to bottom on every project. The order matters: each principle sets the conditions for the next, so the land always speaks before the building does.
Before a single line is drawn, we read the land — its light, slope, water, wind and existing trees. The site tells us where to build, what to keep, and how a home should meet the nature already around it.
Natural light sets the mood, the rhythm of the day and how well we sleep. We shape every home around it — orientation, shade and the shift of light from dawn to dusk — so rooms feel alive, not merely lit. It keeps them cooler and cheaper to run, too.
Long views to green, plants within reach, and where we can, water you can see and hear. Nature isn't a park across the road — it's woven through the everyday rooms you live in.
We're not after a rustic, all-timber cabin. Think clean, contemporary surfaces — concrete, glass and steel — warmed by wood, stone and honest texture you actually want to touch. Modern first, brought to life by nature.
Birdsong and breeze, the scent of a garden, the play of shade, the cool of stone underfoot. We design for sound, scent, touch and temperature — not only for how a place looks.
We shape the space between homes as carefully as the homes themselves — green, walkable streets and places to gather, balanced with quiet, sheltered corners to retreat to.
Our standard
These principles aren't a wish list we hope to reach. They're the bar a project has to clear before it earns the Neo Living name.
