Rooted in place
Design begins with the land — its light, water, slope and trees — not with a floor plan stamped onto a site. We build around what's already there.
Neo Living · Biophilic property developer
We're a biophilic property developer with a single conviction: that modern design and nature belong together. Our homes stay clean and contemporary, yet come alive to every sense — light, greenery, natural texture, sound and air. We haven't broken ground yet. This is the thinking that will shape everything we build.
The idea
Most homes are built to be looked at. We build homes to be felt — alive with light, greenery, texture and sound.
Neo Living began with a simple observation: most homes ask almost nothing of your senses. Flat light, still air, hard surfaces, not a leaf in sight. They can be perfectly efficient and still leave you feeling nothing. We think that's a failure of design, not of ambition.
So we're starting differently. Our answer isn't a retreat to rustic cabins or an all-natural aesthetic — it's clean, modern architecture, infused with nature. Before a single project, we're setting down what we stand for: how a Neo Living home should feel to move through, and how it keeps you close to the natural world, day after day.
A great home isn't just seen. It's felt — in the light, the air, and everything you touch.
What guides us
Design begins with the land — its light, water, slope and trees — not with a floor plan stamped onto a site. We build around what's already there.
Daylight, greenery, natural materials, water and sound — every space is composed to engage sight, touch, sound and scent, not simply to be looked at.
Homes that keep the natural world within reach — long views, gardens, fresh air and quiet — because being close to nature is what makes a place feel good to live in.
Rooted in nature
Not nature as decoration, but nature as the starting point — the light, the greenery, the materials, and the quiet of being close to something alive. Modern homes, grounded in the natural world.
Where we're headed
Neo Living designs for the senses first — light that shifts through the day, greenery within reach, materials that feel alive underfoot, the sound of water and birdsong. That such homes also tread more lightly on the world is a welcome by-product, not the pitch.
The feeling
Light through the canopy, the hush of green, air that moves. The quiet richness of being close to nature — brought into the way you live, every day.
